Senior Manager Group Accounting – IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the complete and correct preparation of the HSE Group's IFRS consolidated financial statements and consolidated interim financial statements according to international accounting standards You tax and manage the Group companies to secure a uniform IFRS balance sheet and consolidation in Group Accounting You work closely with Controlling, Accounting and Treasury as well as with external auditors at the consolidated financial audit You continuously define and review group-wide standards and guidelines for efficient completion, including Group Accounting Manual and Corporate Standards You set up the quarterly reporting and covenant calculations for senior Secured Notes financing and evaluate internal measures You act as a professional representative for the employees of the General Ledger and you start booking instructions for HGB and TAX You tax and coordinate projects in the financial sector and process requests from shareholders, management and internal and external stakeholders

You have a degree in business with a focus on accounting, finance or auditing You bring sound knowledge of IFRS, in particular IFRS 9, IAS 38 and IFRS 16, as well as experience in the creation of the IFRS Group Attachment and Situation Report You have secure application of consolidation and consolidated financial processes in group accounting You have experience in writing Accounting Memos, working with auditors and dealing with complex accounting issues You bring multiannual professional experience (ideally at least five years) in consolidated accounting or in the audit with a focus on consolidated financial statements You can control MS Office securely (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as SAP R3, knowledge in journalism are beneficial You speak German and English in word and writing and have analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a high level of outcome orientation
