You support our recruiting team in day-to-day business and get comprehensive insights into the entire selection process for holiday makers, students and temporary employees in the area of production and logistics You are self-testing applications and perform first telephone interviews You support the creation and publication of internal and external job advertisements on different platforms You plan and coordinate interviews with candidates and disciplines You are the first contact person for applicants and internal specialist departments You accompany recruiting events like university fairs and represent our company to the outside You actively contribute to exciting HR projects and shape processes

Continuous studies of the Department of Business Administration, Economics (with focus on personnel or marketing), Human Resources Management, (economic) Psychology or a comparable subject You are interested in recruiting and could ideally gain first practical experience The work in the team will give you pleasure and you will have a reliable, independent and structured way of working You like to take responsibility and bring your own ideas to optimise You have fun in winning and professional communication You have excellent German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in Microsoft-365 programs JOBV1_EN
