Convince us with your skills experience in first and second level support Knowledge in the installation and configuration of soft and hardware as well as operating systems Knowledge in network administration is advantageous Experience with ensuring system security and monitoring of security problems desirable Analytical skills as well as a pronounced solution competence Very good German knowledge and good English skills
