Qualification for the higher service of the technical service or a completed engineering degree (Diplom-Uni/TU/TH or Master) which qualifies for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in the field of transport engineering Long-term professional experience related to o. g. tasks, preferably in public service Long-standing experience in the management of staff and identification with the urban management principles Convinced and secure occurrence and ability to conflict and enforce Representative initiative and readiness to perform Cooperation and team skills and negotiation skills Loadability and flexibility
