Dunlop Tyre Europe GmbH is the successful subsidiary of one of the leading Japanese tyre manufacturers SUMITOMO RUBBER INDUSTRIES LTD. and markets and markets tyres of the brand Falken throughout the European retrofit and initial equipment market. Strengthen our team as an IT administrator (m/w/d) in full time from 01.07.2026! We are looking for a dedicated person to support our IT infrastructure. Support & Service: You are the first contact person for support and service requests from our employees throughout Europe – by phone, email and ticket system. IT infrastructure: Optimization and support of our IT infrastructure is in your hands. Problem solution: You analyze and solve hardware and software problems and document them. Hardware & equipment: Installation, management and configuration of client hardware, peripheral devices and mobile devices. Accounts & Rights: You create and maintain employee accounts and manage rights. Administration: Implementation of administration activities in IT. Cooperation: Close cooperation with colleagues and service providers. Process improvement: participation in continuous process and quality improvement.

Education: Completed IT training (e.g. computer science businessman/wife). Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in 1st or 2nd level support. Knowledge: Very good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems and MS Office products, as well as Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. Knowledge: Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Server knowledge. Languages: Flowing German and English knowledge, other European languages of advantage. Working methods: self-employed, solution-oriented working methods as well as a positive working attitude and good technical understanding.
