Ensure the daily IT processes, monitoring and availability of servers & SAN systems and support for around 450 jobs at the site Independent coordination and implementation of IT projects (soft and hardware) incl. Introduction, updating and testing of new systems with our central IT at the company headquarters Analysis and elimination of system problems, coordination with support units and development of the local incident process according to ITIL Management of IT hardware, telephone systems and video conferencing systems, automated software installation

completed training as a specialist in system integration or digital networking Completion as a state-tested technician for computer science or comparable qualification well-founded administrator knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022/2025 Experience with software distributions (preferably TANIUM) and safe handling of MS Office 365 Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (Managing Switches, W-Lan Controllers and Access Points) and management of SAN systems familiar with work in local and virtual global teams pronounced customer orientation, organizational and communication skills, loadability and skill in the communication of complex facts good English skills in word and writing
