Perception of the building function as well as project development and control of construction measures Own-responsible project work in the field of building technology, in particular for technically highly installed laboratory buildings Monitoring of planning and construction services to acceptance, billing and handover to users Projecting, planning, tendering, construction management and billing taking into account public procurement and contract law assignment and control of engineering offices in new and new buildings and repair and maintenance Ensuring dates and costs during the project Organisation and communication with all project participants and cross-departmental coordination The client's contact person in negotiations with contractors and for all project participants

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in supply technology as well as experience in planning and construction management (ideally in laboratory engineering) Knowledge of HOAI performance phases Experience in coordinating planning services Ideally knowledge in public procurement and contract law (e.g. VOB, VgV, UVgO, GWB) Safe handling of MS Office Negotiation and enforcement, as well as strong organisational skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B readiness and ability to use construction sites (also in large height or in narrow spaces) Standing for occasional missions in the area of responsibility (pool vehicle)
