As Senior Solution Engineer (m/w/d) you analyze the requirements of our customers and design the tailor-made logistics concepts with our experts from the fields.

Taking into account innovative technologies, you create solutions that have a high strategic importance for the development of our business unit. We want to grow significantly in the coming years and you can make a central contribution!

Our team is located at the Osnabrück site, but it is also possible to work from Bremen, Hamburg, Ratingen, Halle a.d.S., Nuremberg or Wörrstadt. Development of customized solutions: Conception of tailor-made logistics solutions for our customers from various industries and independent control of the entire tender process

Understanding customer requirements: Analysis of complex data structures and detection of relationships and dependencies to develop customer-specific solutions that are perfectly adapted to the needs of our customers

Competitive and economical cost calculation: End-to-end responsibility for the entire costing of the logistics concept, offering creation including pricing and commercial assumptions

Self-responsible project management: planning processes, material flows and creation of warehouse layouts taking into account current innovations, market trends and automation possibilities

Collaboration: In order to jointly develop innovative concepts, a close exchange with the most diverse internal and external interfaces in all project topics is required.

Successful and convincing customer presentation: creation and presentation of customized solutions directly at the customer

Ambitionedr Project Managerin: passion for project management and a successfully completed study, ideally in the field of BWL, supply chain management or logistics

Experiences: Multiannual professional experience in project management, business development or solution engineering in logistics or Contract logistics

Own initiative: A high level of self-sufficiency, care, sense of responsibility and strong hands-on mentality

Core competencies: Embossed analytical skills as well as process-oriented thinking, experiences with REFA, MTM time building blocks

Communication strength: convincing communication and enthusiasm in particular in customer presentations

Language skills and readiness to travel: knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel and project work
