Senior IT-Systemadministrator Microsoft Cloud & Virtual Workplace (m/f/d)

Conception, technical responsibility, operation and further development of complex Microsoft-365, Azure, Cloud and Hybrid infrastructures for our customers Architecture, Construction and Optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS/Terminal Server) - including Host Pools/Session Hosts, RemoteApps, Images, Autoscaling, FSLogix, Storage and High Availability Technical Responsibility for Identity, Endpoint and Security around Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Intune/Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, Networks and IT Security Analysis, root-cause consideration as well as sustainable solution of complex disorders and escalation cases including technical customer communication, clear ownership and active risk scaling after the bitformer service process Technical planning and management of migrations, system upgrades and integration projects - in particular cloud, M365, AVD and RDS transformations Developing standards, best practices and automation with PowerShell; Microsoft Graph, Azure PowerShell/Azure CLI and Infrastructure-as-Code depending on the application Technical support and mentoring in the service operation team as well as the establishment of reusable documentation and knowledge base content

Completed IT training, study or comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with sophisticated Microsoft, Cloud and Hybrid infrastructures, ideally with an IT service provider Very good generalist knowledge in the Microsoft environment as well as resilient expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and hybrid scenarios Finded practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop including session hosts, images, application delivery, monitoring and FSLogix; additional good knowledge of classic Microsoft-RDS/terminal server environments Funded knowledge of Active Directory, Networks and IT Security including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and secure cloud and remote access scenarios Very good PowerShell knowledge and experience in the automation of administration, deployment and operational tasks; Microsoft Graph, Azure PowerShell/Azure CLI are advantageous Embossed technical ownership, analytical root-cause thinking and sovereign appearance in complex customer and escalation situations Ability to develop technical standards, to use AI tools in a targeted manner and to pass on knowledge as a specialist and mentor:in the team Very good knowledge of German and good English; Driving licence class B, readiness to travel and occasional customer appointments on site are desirable
