We are looking for a motivated and experienced engineer / maintenance engineer (m/w/d) / with the following tasks and requirements for our renown customer from the field of energy and building management in Stuttgart:

Task description

• reliably wait the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities and keep them in service
• continuously perform inspections as well as functional checks on the building equipment and fix their faults if necessary
• always helpful to serve our customers and tenants
• also accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use
• carefully record warranty defects to track them in time
• in exchange with colleagues, take part in readiness

Candidate profile

• a completed training as a plant mechanic in SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer and a comparable training
• first professional experience in building technology
• cross-company knowledge in the field of electrical or fire protection technology desirable
• Class B licence
• pronounced service orientation and independent working
