IT Consultant for Duty Scheduling and Time Management (m/f/d)

You build the application for time management and service planning as part of our rollout project and configure it according to our standards and requirements. Together with the staff areas, the facilities and other project participants, you analyze requirements and convert them into suitable system solutions. You will map working time models, service planning rules, organizational structures and other technical requirements in the system. You participate in the creation of technical and implementation concepts and accompany the introduction to our sites. You plan and perform system, function and acceptance tests and document the results. You support our key users and specialist users, perform training and process complex second-level requests. You coordinate cooperation with software manufacturers and external service providers. After the rollout, you will ensure stable operation and continuously develop applications and processes.

A completed study, such as business informatics or business management, or comparable qualification/training Experience in the introduction, configuration or support of applications for time management, service planning or workforce management Good technical knowledge of at least one of the fields of time management, personnel deployment planning or service planning Knowledge of processes and special requirements in healthcare Understanding the interaction of specialist processes, IT applications, interfaces and master data Communication strength and joy in cooperation with departments, key users, IT teams and external partners Ready to use occasional operations at our locations as part of the rollout Knowledge of tariff, operational and legal regulations on working time and service planning Experience with working time models, shift and service plan logics and their mapping in IT systems Knowledge in the field of interfaces, data migration, authorization concepts or reporting Experience in multi-site rollout or transformation projects
