Store Manager Retail (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the operational management and organisation of the retail sector Leadership, deployment planning and further development of a team of around 5 employees Ensuring a smooth and structured daily routine Active support and control of sales and consulting processes Optimization of product presentation and design of attractive sales areas Evaluation of sales figures and implementation of sales-enhancing measures Responsibility for goods, ordering processes and inventory implementation Planning and support for trade fair appearances including presentation and sales Close cooperation with adjacent departments and the location management Embossed communication strength and customer and service-oriented appearance

Leadership competency associated with a structured and independent operation Active cooperation in day-to-day operations and role model function in the team Sales-oriented thinking and understanding of customer and market needs Organisational skills and responsible action Ability to motivate and guide employees Hands-on mentality and high operational readiness
