at the next possible time seeks a dedicated and experienced cook (m/w/d)

to strengthen our team.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of creative, Mediterranean inspired dishes at a high level
• Planning, organisation and monitoring of kitchen processes
• Working with the creation of menus and seasonal offers
• Responsibility for goods ordering, storage and quality control
• Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
• Compliance and control of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Your profile:

• Ideally a completed training as a cook (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy
• Physical fitness and durability
• Embossed organisational capacity and structured working
• Stress resistance also in peak times
• Team skills, leadership skills and responsibility
• Creativity and passion for high-quality cuisine
