Contact person (m/w/d) for our customers with technical problems and questions about our border control solutions Consulting our customers and partners in the installation and configuration of secunet products On-site support (e.g. at airports) of our project teams during installation and rollout phases Implementation of maintenance and disorder operations and coordination of our partners and suppliers receiving 2nd / 3rd level support requests regarding our highly complex and specialized products; Qualification, solution or forwarding to our specialist teams Processing insights and questions for our software development and product management Installation, documentation, administration and maintenance of our reference systems Documentation of Support Cases and Structure of our Knowledge Base

(m/w/d) System integration or comparable Professional experience in technical 2nd and/or 3rd level IT support, system administration or technical field service Experience with highly complex systems and IT infrastructures Safe handling of common tools and procedures on Windows and Linux Good IT security skills Binding, safe and sovereign appearance and a very high level of service and customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to travel within Europe, as well as to the regulated and remunerated readiness of call
