Team Leader Precision Mechanics (m/f/d)

In this key role you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the production of fine-mechanical electrosurgical instruments. Your responsibilities include: Guided tour & organization Competent and esteemed leadership and further development of the team Annual, capacity and deployment planning (incl. holiday/absence planning) according to production and PPS requirements Conducting regular employee talks and training Manufacturing & Process Safety Ensuring smooth, efficient, timely production processes Monitoring of defined processes and introduction of measures in the event of deviations Responsibility for order, cleanliness and maintenance of production equipment Compliance with internal policies, work instructions and QMS requirements (including changes to products/processes) Ensuring correct data position on products, semi-finished products, batches and materials Continuous Improvement & Technology Active participation in Lean and KVP projects (Team Management as Process Owner) Introduction of new manufacturing technologies in cooperation with engineering Process analysis for increasing productivity and shortening of transit time Interface work Close cooperation with production management, engineering, quality management, logistics and other areas Ensuring a transparent flow of information and communication

Complete training as a surgical mechanic, precision mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment – ideally medical technology Understanding fine mechanical manufacturing processes Organizational design, structured work and pronounced problem-solving competence Experience in handling ERP systems and MS‐Office Knowledge of quality management and Lean methods of advantage
