Monitoring and control of daily operations. Book and control material movements and order processing in SAP/WMS. Advertising management including written and telephone customer communication. Coordination with internal operational areas for deviations and disturbances. to carry out general administrative activities. Support of adjacent departments as required. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operating and working instructions.

Completed vocational training (preferably in warehouse logistics or a comparable area), e.g. the merchant / the merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). First professional experience in the warehouse industry is desirable. German language skills and good English skills (written and oral) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, ideally first experience with warehouse management systems. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. Self-employed and structured working methods. Impressed reliability and decision-making.
