Description

• In this position, you actively support the kitchen team in the preparation of various foods and always pay attention to compliance with the highest hygiene standards.
• You take the food output, say for the correct portioning, keep the dishes and supplies ready at any time and keep the counter areas constantly clean. After the service, you support all the cleansing and cleaning work to ensure a smooth running in the kitchen.
• Certainly, you receive daily retrievals of the prepared foods, mark them properly and store them as prescribed.
• In addition, you take care of the professional transport and storage of food, always according to the prescribed instructions.
• For our conference hosting, you are lovingly preparing tents, cuts and sandwiches that delight our guests.
• If required, you collect and collect food and drinks routined by electronic cash register.

Qualifications

• Training: completed training in the business economy, hotel industry, gastronomy, butchery, bakery or comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how: experience in gastronomy and community use as a kitchen aid; multi-year experience in food retail (LEH) of advantage
• Qualification: teaching according to §43 Infection Protection Act
• Personality and work: you work reliably and on time, take responsibility for your tasks and organize yourself; You can always act customer-oriented and with a friendly appearance, using your good communication skills
• Languages: good German in word and writing

Additional information This place is to be occupied in parttime at 25h/week.
