Planning, analysis and optimization of assembly processes to increase process reliability and process efficiency

Development, training and maintenance of production-relevant documents (work instructions, test instructions, etc.)

Qualification, implementation and documentation of technical changes to existing systems according to technical specifications or customer requirements

Supporting the manufacturing processes in troubleshooting and deriving and implementing effective corrective measures

Cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams and technical support in new product approaches

Technical support of the production planners in process engineering issues

A successfully completed Master's or Diploma Program in Physics, Mechatronics, Optical Engineering or Similar

Knowledge of the assembly of complex automated machines and systems (mechanical, electronic and optical components, vacuum and automation technology) and lean production

Problem-consciousness, coupled with solution- and result-oriented working methods and knowledge of typical process-supporting tools and methods (Six Sigma, 8D etc.)

High team and communication skills and a structured way of working

Flowing German and English skills
