Project Manager PMO in Project Purchasing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for building, expanding and maintaining reporting structures to improve data quality and information flow within the EC-wide PMO structure One of your main tasks is to ensure and continuously optimize a complete overview of our vehicle and system projects from the perspective of project purchase. You take care of the care and development of established structures and tools to identify and track project risks from the perspective of purchasing You increase transparency for the Purchasing area by means of data collection, provision & visualization of relevant information from different data sources You support the expansion of the efficiency of the project management software (currently Atlassian/JIRA) with EK2 You are responsible for the creation of Jira Reports and the provision of the EK2 Head Offices and Divisions Your tasks include the continuous follow-up of the project landscape EK2 and the management of the relevant project-support of project purchase in the planning and pursuit of project-related measures You are responsible for building, developing and implementing project-related reporting and documentation You support setting standards for decision templates and reports You are responsible for the independent collection / procurement of relevant data and information compression based on it You develop proposals for purchase-related project management variables and a uniform reporting system

You bring a successfully completed business studies with You can also present professional experience in project management / PMO You have methodological skills and a structured way of working You have knowledge of project management or experience in project reporting You have detailed knowledge of Atlassian Software Confluence and JIRA You have experiences with SAP MM and very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) You are characterized by your problem-solving competence, communication skills, team skills and outcome orientation You also have fluent German and very good English skills
