Software Developer Unreal (m/f/d)

Programming of training sequences, scenarios and the necessary components and functionalities in C++ and Blueprint within the Unreal Engine Developing gameplay systems, users:internal interactions and simulations, as well as integration of 3D set, UI/UX elements, audio and learning units Create and maintain tools to support the asset pipeline (import, conversion, quality control) Implement automated testing, structured error analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization of applications Close cooperation with project team members and DevOps to match requirements, ensure integration and coordinate the development process

Complete studies of computer science, media informatics or a comparable subject, as well as at least five years of professional experience with the Unreal Engine and proven participation in at least one successfully delivered product (application, game, etc.) Very good knowledge of C++ and Blueprint, complemented by many years of experience in multiplayer programming Funded understanding of software architectures, ability to quickly incorporate into complex systems and routined application of structured, independent and responsible procedures Embossed communication and team skills, in particular in exchange with non-technicians, as well as safe German and English knowledge in word and writing Additional skills required: experience with learning management systems and author systems, audio programming (Codecs, DSP, VoIP) and mathematical modeling (numeric or process simulation)
