Senior Strategic Buyer / Strategischer Einkäufer (m/f/d)

You conduct and coordinate strategic procurement initiatives – from contract negotiations and contract term to supplier agreements. With a clear look at partnership, responsibility and continuous improvement, you evaluate and control the performance of our suppliers. You've got our purchasing control system under control, define KPIs, track savings and quality indicators and make success visible. You recognize procurement risks early, minimise them and strengthen our position in competition through market analyses and benchmarks. Compliance, contract and policy topics are regularly reviewed by you. You think in processes, drive optimizations forward and implement scalable standards across all categories.

You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing. Strong negotiating skills and a pronounced commercial understanding characterize you. You speak German and English fluently (level C1). You create a structure where it is missing, and you opt for existing processes with system and vision. Safe handling of data, benchmarks and KPIs is a matter of course for you. You perform professionally and convince by clear communication as well as strong relationship management. Ideally, you bring knowledge in procurement law and contracting.
