Your tasks

Harmonization of the Single Treaty Implementation of a systematic pre- and post-calculation for all contract extensions and new business Conception and implementation of the recurring annual price adjustments including frame, implementation and tracking Conducting the central customer satisfaction analysis by interviews with decision-makers Continuous plausibility check of customer data in our own operating system Campaign management for new customer acquisition at decentralized decision-making level Implementation of new products with end-to-end responsibility and control of internal and external stakeholders Harmonization and maintenance of the CRM system with market-relevant insights, including through AI and social media

Your profile

Completed studies, e.g. BWL, economics or comparable First practical experience, e.g. through internships, of advantage Analytical, Structured and Independent Operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders Safe handling of MS Office Very good German and good English skills
