As a product manager in the field of aviation, you create a clear product vision, develop resilient business cases and create a real business impact with a strategic roadmap. You take responsibility for sales and costs, set out outcomes on output and meet data-based decisions. In close cooperation with customers, you drive Product Discovery forward, recognize market trends and continuously develop products together with engineering and design.

You take responsibility for the sales and costs of your product and actively tax opportunities and risks. You're setting outcomes on output and making sure you're a real business impact. You carry out Product Discovery: understand customer needs, experiment and evaluate risks (Value, Viability, Usability, Feasibility). You strengthen our discovery processes and introduce new ideas to continuously improve products. You work closely with engineering and design in a cross-functional team and promote a culture of cooperation. You have a look at the market, recognize trends and anticipate customer needs. You take the stakeholder management and make sure that all relevant interfaces are integrated. You meet data-based decisions and use market analyses for prioritization. You conduct personal conversations with customers to understand requirements and feedback directly.

Experience as a product manager or in a comparable role, ideally in the SaaS-B2B environment. Hands-on-Mentaility and the will to achieve real impact and to actively advance changes if you are moving new ways together in the team. A completed study as an economic informantin, farmerin or a comparable field. The ability to discuss at a superordinate, conceptual level and to speak & answer. Deep understanding of agile product development and modern discovery methods. Strong analytical skills and business affinity. Communication strength and ability to convince stakeholders. German and English knowledge (C1).
