Description

• As a software developer for Developer Productivity, AI andamp; DevOps (w/m/div.) is responsible for implementing improved and efficient workflows in software and system development, for example through innovative AI and automation approaches.
• You implement optimized or new methods, analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, including automation and advanced AI technologies to increase the quality of our development. At the same time, you eliminate bottlenecks and increase productivity.
• You work hand in hand with our developer teams and offer comprehensive support and training for these new tools and processes.
• Your goal is to improve the speed and quality of our development sustainably and thus create real added value.
• Your expertise contributes significantly to raising our engineering excellence to the next level.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in the field of computer science, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how: comprehensive knowledge in the field of software development (preferably embedded software, programming language C) or software-intensive systems, experience in the implementation and integration of AI technologies to optimize the development process, proven know-how in the design and implementation of tool and process automation (e.g. CI/CD, continuous testing) to increase the efficiency in the development of software-intensive systems
• Personality and working methods: sense of responsibility, structured thinking and acting, strong communication, analytical, structured and independent working methods
• Language: good German and English
