Your training leads you through all areas that move KEMMLIT. You start shopping – choose materials, compare suppliers, negotiate terms. In the calculation you will learn what a project really costs. In the commercial processing, you will accompany orders from receipt to payment. The accounting shows you how the numbers merge. But that's just the one side. In marketing, you will experience how KEMMLIT is on the market. In the staff section you can see how a strong team is created. In the assembly disposition you plan inserts so that everything fits on the construction site. And at the reception you are the first contact point – for guests, customers and colleagues. In short, you not only learn individual tasks. You understand how a company works.

Your training runs like this: Dual. Two days a week vocational school, the rest of the week at our company. Theory and practice go hand in hand from the beginning. The training lasts three years – with good performance, a shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
