We, Allgeier IT Services GmbH, are currently looking for backup for our Fieldservice team at Raum Stuttgart.

♪ Your duties

• 1st and 2nd level support on site
• Construction, operation and administration of Windows client and server operating systems
• Support of the periphery and installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting and documentation in our ticket system

Your profile**

• Complete training in IT and first professional experience, as possible in the Service Desk with on-site support
• Good knowledge of Windows client and/or server operating systems
• Good communication skills in word and writing (German/English) as well as independent, solution-oriented working style and reliability
• Experience in handling a ticket system (ITIL compliant)
• Class B driving licence
