You are heavily responsible for the sales area of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover. The possibilities of mobile work and an office workstation at the EDEKA site in Minden are available for office activities after prior registration. Your tasks include the targeted leadership and further development of the QM expert advice and pest management team. You are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of QM expert advice and pest management in retail. The further development of the self-control system for retail and business restaurants as well as the quality testing of external service providers are also part of your responsibility. In the case of new and remodeling, you are competent to support the implementation of food-related requirements and provide practical advice to those responsible. The communication with the Food Surveillance Authority and the monitoring of official controls are also in your field of responsibility.

You have a completed study of food technology or nutritional sciences as well as a recognised admission as a QM auditor, supplemented by several years of experience in quality management or food production. You can rely on a sound audit practice in food retailing or production, ideally combined with many years of experience in managing employees. Your profile is characterized by deep expertise in food hygiene, food microbiology, food law, quality control and safety, so that you can reliably assess complex requirements. Thanks to your strong analytical understanding, you combine technical know-how with local conditions and find targeted solutions for challenging problems. A class B driving licence, readiness to travel, excellent knowledge of German, structured working methods, IT efficiency and safe handling of Microsoft Office complete your profile.
