Team Leader of the Back-Office Passive / ZV (m/f/d)

You are running the Passive / ZV team, which is responsible, among other things, for downstream activities in the areas of depot accounting, payment transactions, archiving, inheritance processing as well as savings and current settlement. Promote the individual development of your employees and create a motivating working environment. You strengthen your team's own responsibility and are a competent partner for complex issues. Regular feedback increases the quality of the solution and the satisfaction of your employees. You are the main contact person for payment transactions, foreign ZV and archiving. In this role, you coordinate cooperation with external service providers, control outsourced processes and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements. You also promote open communication culture and ensure that successes are made visible and valued. You assume the overall responsibility for selected processes of the market sequence Passive / ZV. These include: process design – analysis, further development and implementation of efficient processes. And the formal process maintenance – updating the process information in the company's manual, coordinating release updates.

You have a completed training as a bank clerk. Ideally, you already have experience from a savings bank, but can also convince with relevant experience from another bank or financial environment. You possess pronounced empathy, conflict resolution competence and enforcement capability. Their high self-motivation and authentic leadership style create a trusting and motivating team climate. You work independently, adapt quickly to changing requirements and convince by a clear, targeted communication. You understand and analyze workflows, structure your area of responsibility efficiently and drive optimizations forward. Knowledge of the classic market success processes is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary – readiness to learn is being increased.
