To strengthen our team in Melle we are looking for a qualified carpenter (m/w/d) with a focus on surface processing, high-quality furniture and professionally coated and finished.

♪ Your future task:

• Professional surface processing of furniture and interior
• coating of various materials such as MDF, solid wood, glass and metal
• Processing of various coating materials such as varnishes, oils and pickling
• Specialized guidance and cooperation with carpenters and trainees in the pretreatment of all substrates
• Depending on the utilisation, you also take over classic carpentry work in the workshop area

Your profile for the place Carpenter (m/w/d) / Surface treatment:

• Completed training as a carpenter or painter
• Professional experience in carpentry is desirable
• Enthusiasm for high-quality and careful working with paints and coating materials
• Impressive team skills and the ability to guide and motivate colleagues
• Responsibility, commitment and high reliability
• Loadability, organisational skills and flexibility in everyday workshop
• Basic knowledge of German communication in the team and with trainees
