Caretaker / Technical Property Manager for Office Complex in Dresden (m/f/d)

For the care of an office complex in Dresden, we are looking for a dedicated master (m/w/d) with a technical background. In this responsible position, you will ensure the smooth operation of the technical equipment as well as the safety, cleanliness and functionality of the entire object.

Tasks

• implementation of control procedures in the building and on the outdoor area
• Monitoring, operation and supervision of technical installations
• small repairs and maintenance
• Coordination and support of external service providers and craft companies
• Troubleshooting, error analysis and troubleshooting
• Monitoring of maintenance and testing dates
• Support for relocations, office facilities and event facilities
• Documentation of work carried out and identified defects

Your profile

• Complete technical or craft training
• Professional experience in technical building or facility management
• Good craft skills and technical understanding
• Self-employed, reliable and solution-oriented operation
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital documentation systems
