You develop the SCM strategy for the RAUCH location Baruth and implement it in coordination with the management and group of companies You are responsible for all subsystems of the supply chain – from planning to implementation. These include procurement, work preparation and production planning, materials management and all warehouse and logistics processes – both internally and externally You control the entire flow of goods from receipt of goods to delivery and also keeps in mind customs and import/export operations You are responsible for the entire contract and procurement management – from the tendering process to the conclusion of the contract and its implementation You continuously analyze and optimise SCM processes around our beverage production – focusing on efficiency, quality and sustainability You plan and guide investment projects and actively promote the further development of our technical and digital systems in the SCM sector You shape the employee-related setup and execution organisation taking into account operational requirements You ensure compliance and consistent implementation of internal processes, work instructions and relevant standards You motivate, inform and promote your employees, set goals, and live the RAUCH corporate culture

You bring multi-year professional experience in a leading position in supply chain management – ideally in the food or beverage industry You know the processes and requirements of production processes You have knowledge of production planning, disposition, purchasing, warehouse logistics and inventory management You think analytical, conceptual and realize complex relationships You convince with leadership skills, communication strength, enforcement ability and a high degree of reliability You can safely handle ERP systems – ideally with SAP You bring good knowledge of English
