You are responsible for the installation and integration of Arthrex products at our customers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) In the course of this, you will show users: They support sales and project management in IT-relevant issues as part of integration projects In addition to providing support for technical components, check the offers for the completeness of the items offered They relieve the project manager during the supervision of the construction sites and the associated subcontractors In the aftermath of integration, you take over Trouble-Shootings for Arthrex integration solutions at the customer's site

You have a successfully completed study or training of the departments IT or Elektrik or a comparable qualification You have already gained many years of experience with networks, applications, storage systems and virtualization technologies Ideally, you are experienced in dealing with medical professionals and working in the medical environment They have excellent MS Office knowledge and excellent IT and network skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile Travelling 60-80%
