Driver Manager (m/f/d)

You conduct interviews and interviews in your area of responsibility and accompany employees along the entire employee lifecycle The planning, organisation and follow-up of driver training as well as occupational medical examinations are in your hands and contribute to the qualification and employability of our drivers. You ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal guidelines and customer-specific requirements and always keeps in mind relevant changes Check driver-related documents and keep an eye on deadlines and validity and ensure complete documentation Together with the MRP, you coordinate the deployment and holiday planning of our drivers and support optimal resource management Care and update of the driver master files carefully and ensure high data quality Missing documents, permits or driver-related information can be collected independently and ensure the completeness of all required documents In case of damage and other operational incidents, you will work in close coordination with the relevant contact persons and assist in implementing appropriate measures

Your successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable discipline, forms the basis for your successful entry Ideally, you already have professional experience in the areas of MRP, fleet management or driver administration and know the requirements of a dynamic transport environment You are familiar with relevant legal requirements in transport, such as driving and rest periods or driver qualifications, and you are sure to implement them in your working day With common IT systems and administrative processes, you are sure to go around and work quickly into new applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing allow you professional communication in an international working environment
