We are the AWO pro:mensch, a 100% subsidiary of the Landesverband der Berliner Arbeitswohlfahrt and are therefore one of the top associations of the Free Well-being Care. At the end of 1999 we started the operation with a day care facility and less than 10 employees. Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 15 facilities in the areas of daycare centers, child and youth assistance, participation for mentally impaired people and the office. To strengthen our team in the field of nursery workshops we are looking for 30-39 hours an educatorin for our Kita apple trees in Reinickendorf In our new building with green roof and terraces up to 100 children are cared for. The name of Kita apple trees is programme, the focus is on nature and the environment “Green Kita” and offers as part of the project House of the small researchers. We would be very pleased if the applicants were interested in these priorities. Kita was one of the top 25 kitas in 2022 as part of the German Kita Prize.
