Head of the Planning and Construction Planning Department including the management of 3 employees with all administrative tasks Planning law, including — legal opinions and assessments of a particularly difficult nature on all issues related to planning and procedural law

• Development or examination of urban contracts — Representation of the Office in opposition and appeal proceedings − Participation in statutes and similar tasks of other specialist offices Construction plan procedures, including: − Processing of construction planning procedures under the Civil Code and legal examination (plan drafts, reasons and weighing) as well as obtaining committee decisions and necessary approvals − Discussion with and advising investees in the establishment of plans and development plans under the Civil Code including Vexperience implementation − Coordination of construction planning with the planning of other offices, authorities and utilities including legal assessment − Recording of contradictions and suggestions and indications of third parties − Audience and correspondence on building guidance issues Informing experts, law students and other trainees on matters of building and planning law and procedures
