For an international life science manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain (m/w/d). In this leadership role, you are responsible for production planning, material supply and supply chain processes in a regulated production environment. Leadership and knowledge in planning, budgeting and international stakeholders are crucial.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a supply chain team Responsibility for production and material planning Ensuring delivery capacity and optimising stocks and processes Close cooperation with production, controlling, purchasing and other departments Controlling forecasting, budget and planning processes Monitoring and optimization of supply chain key figures Coordination with international stakeholders within the group Support for short-term adjustments to production planning and solutions to operational challenges Development of processes and structures within the supply chain

Complete studies in the field of supply chain management, logistics, business management, economic engineering or comparable qualification Founded professional experience in leading function within supply chain, production planning or logistics Experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, food) Detectional leadership experience Experience in Budget Planning, Forecasting and KPI Control Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Excel German and English skills Hands-on mentality as well as pronounced communication and organizational capability
