You work closely with the recruiting team to develop technical solutions that meet the company's strategic goals. You perform requirement analysis and business analysis of recruiting requirements and translate them into technical specifications for customizing and testing our recruiting systems (currently Avature and Phenom). You take the support, maintenance and release management of the systems. This includes incident management, documentation and elimination of IT service problems and risks as well as monitoring system performance. You participate pro-actively in the planning and technical implementation of projects for the introduction and optimization of the recruiting systems.
