You are responsible for the further development of our services on the basis of the Microsoft Stack and are the central link between IT and specialist areas so that valuable insights are gained from data. Tasks Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team that covers the entire BI process - from requirement and architecture to implementation and stable operation. Provision and improvement of central corporate reporting, in particular in finance and HR, based on business system data via the Microsoft Stack. Strategic development of the BI platform with the aim of ensuring first-class performance and stability through new technologies and best practices. Operational management of BI stream as part of the carve-outs of our business systems. Secure planning and management of projects as well as a sovereign stakeholder management, also in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, business management or comparable qualifications. Multiannual leadership experience in a business intelligence or technology-driven environment, ideally in the area of corporate finance or HR. As a leader in an agile working environment, you are characterized by social competence, inspire your team and create a trusting working environment. Found experience with modern BI platforms, ideally with the Microsoft BI stack (MS SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI Cloud). Practical experience in carve-out projects (knowledge in S/4HANA or Infor is a plus). You communicate clearly and convincingly with stakeholders at all levels - both in German and in English.
