On behalf of our client - an established medium-sized company based in the beautiful Allgäu - we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial thinking personality for the commercial management (m/w/d). The company is part of an internationally established group of companies and produces high-quality technical components for machine and plant engineering. In this responsible key position, you take over the management of financial accounting, personnel and central commercial services. They report directly to the management and work closely with the CFO of the international group. The aim is to further develop commercial processes, to ensure transparency in the financial structure and to shape the location both operationally and strategically.

Apply now! BLO/126622 Head of Finance (m/w/d) is responsible for all financial accounting (main, debitor, creditor accounting) incl. Team management of 3-6 employees Creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB in close coordination with the tax advisor Management of liquidity planning, payment transactions and cash management, and creation of reporting and analysis Contact person for auditors, banks, tax advisors and internal stakeholders (including CFO of the group of companies) They support HR topics in close cooperation with the HR team, manage external service contracts and support projects and audits

You have completed commercial training with further education (e.g. balance sheet accounting (m/w/d)) or business studies Multiannual professional experience in a similar commercial position, ideally in the middle class Knowledge found in accounting according to HGB, basic knowledge of labour law and wage billing as well as ideally first leadership experience Personally convince you with your communication strength and your enforcement ability Safe handling of ERP systems and Excel as well as very good German and good English skills complete your profile
