Workshop Manager (Mechanical Engineering and Vehicle Engineering) (m/f/d)

You take over the customer service workshop management and control at our location. You ensure customer satisfaction with respect to efficiency and cost aspects. You run a team of currently 6 travellers during their activities at our site in the workshop. After you have been incorporated, you will form the service technicians, are available for technical questions and ensure the further development of our Monteur team You are working on the continuous improvement of internal processes (order processing, order documentation, warranty and cull processing, ...). You ensure the optimization of the workshop and staff utilization in cooperation with the customer service management. You actively and continuously optimize the interfaces to the other departments of our house. Together with the Head of Customer Service, You are responsible for achieving economic operating targets, such as utilisation and quality targets.

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the metal sector as well as a further training as a master (m/w/d) and convince with sound technical expertise. You already bring relevant professional experience in the management of a workshop in the agricultural, commercial and/or automotive sectors and, at best, have continuously expanded your expertise through further training in the fields of electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics. In addition to good MS Office knowledge, you have ideally already first leadership experience. You are strong in communication and are delighted to lead a team. A high level of readiness, self-employment and sovereignty are what you distinguish. You are flexible and have good organizational capacity in addition to a pronounced problem-solving orientation. A high customer and quality orientation is a matter of course for you. You are passionate about it and have fun in a dynamic environment. Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
