For our hotel and restaurant Nehrener Hof with adjacent beer garden in Nehren, we are looking for a motivated and creative Koch (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time.

The Nehrener Hof is a family-run 3-star hotel with a popular restaurant and a cozy beer garden.

We stand for warm hospitality, high-quality regional cuisine and a dedicated team.

In this responsive and varied position you can bring your passion for fresh ingredients, traditional and modern dishes as well as creative ideas.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of regional and seasonal dishes for hotel restaurant and beer garden
• independent work on the various items (appetizers, main dishes, desserts)
• With design and creative development of our menu
• Ensuring and controlling hygiene and quality standards
• Organisation of courses in the kitchen and close cooperation with the service

Your profile:

• Complete training as a cook or cook or multi-year professional experience
• Passion for cooking and joy in handling fresh ingredients
• Creativity, team spirit and quality awareness
• Self-employed and structured work
