Our client is a medium-sized, family-run company in the Hamburg area, which combines international trade activities with its own refinement and production. The company is currently converting its Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP landscape to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Individual areas are already working with the new system; It is now necessary to control the further implementation and to successfully shape the introduction in the entire company.

A personality who knows ERP projects from practice, understands operational relationships and can gain people for changes is sought. You bring structure into a current project, meet different requirements and ensure that processes that function from technical possibilities. Here you listen, create orientation and take the employees actively with you.

You run the current ERP conversion to Business Central until the planned introduction in May 2028 and accompany the subsequent stabilization. You coordinate internal project participants and external partners, manage appointments, resources and risks and create decision-making basis for the management. Together with the disciplines, You develop practicable processes and align requirements with the new system. You moderate workshops, clarify expectations and ensure the implementation of agreed steps. You accompany employees through the change and coordinate tests, training and introduction preparations. You develop the ERP landscape after the introduction and create additional digitization and optimization projects.

You have managed ERP introductions or comparable IT transformation projects in charge. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is particularly welcome. You have an education or study in the IT or commercial environment or a comparable qualification acquired by professional experience. You can assign technical requirements, set priorities and control external service providers bindingly. You combine technical understanding with a view to operational relationships. You lead through clarity, reliability and empathy, listen to and win people for a common goal. You go into detail as needed and make pragmatic decisions that advance the project. You bring their own initiative, very good knowledge of German and interest in long-term responsibility for the IT and process landscape.
