  • Professional leadership and coordination of a team of service delivery and transition managers as well as customer project managers (m/w/d)

  • Design, introduction and continuous development of processes according to Lean principles

  • Methodological support in fault and deviation management within customer projects and in the service environment

  • Function as a central interface to internal, cross-site customers including proactive initiation and tracking of improvement measures
