You understand and advise our investors on all the technical issues of their shopping center portfolios and start, plausibilisize and answer the long-term planning of structural issues based on the investor strategy. You have a look at the project processing by our general planning team, know the property at costs, dates, qualities, fees and contracts and inform the client. You tax the early stages of performance, negotiate fees and contracts and take care of the successful creation of technical studies and product development with our Creative Design Team. You take care of the technical interface to the leasing team with regard to pre-contractual enquiries, technical interface clarification and cost forecasts. You are also central to all technical matters in the buying processes of the investor for further shopping centers.
The foundation is a study of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering or equivalent training. You have several years of profound professional experience in the real estate industry. In the planning and management of demanding construction projects, you were responsible for the successful planning and realization over all phases. You bring motivation to learn new things and you want to develop yourself in a dynamic environment. In addition to flowing German and good English in word and writing, you convince us with your pronounced communication skills, a high service orientation and a strong enforcement and decision-making capability. You bring willingness for occasional trips.
