At the start of training in September 2027, the Munich Directorate is looking for one for the Würzburg Workplace: trainees / Praktikant (w/m/d) (identification: MCWIMMO2027, Stellen‐ID 1498941) The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks, we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably.

Practical part: Operations mainly in facility management, housing, sales, portfolio management and administrative tasks

Theoretical part: Block tuition at the Ludwig-Erhard-Schule (Staatliche Berufsschule II) Additional exam preparation by an external lecturer
