You are responsible for the entire business of the Mosbach branch You are the interface to business, sales and personnel management You lead, develop and motivate your employees in partnership and at eye level You realize our sales goals and optimize and continuously develop the branch You are responsible for the personnel deployment planning of your team and act as a competent contact person for customers: You monitor the processes in the goods management system and ensure an attractive and complete exhibition

You already have leadership experience in furniture trade You can adjust to people individually and in situ and have both a sovereign appearance and professional communication skills Entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking and action are of course for you You want to work independently and act
