Ensuring supplier quality management The Department of Supply Chain Quality Development of strategies to increase supplier quality in close cooperation with the departments Purchasing, Technology, Production and Customer Service Development and coordination of procurement procedures with all Hensoldt Group subsidiaries Introduction of a uniform Hensoldt procedure for carrying out conformity checks in the supply chain Review by audits by suppliers that legal (e.g. Supply Chain Compliance Act, Air Traffic Act) and normative requirements (e.g. EN9100, ISO9001) are demonstrated in the supply chain Systematic and consistent implementation of preventive measures (e.g. APQP) in the supply chain Reduction of technical receipt checks by consistent relocation of testing activities to the supplier (output check) Harmonisation of quality agreements (QSV) and quality requirements (QSF) to suppliers within the Hensoldt Group perform operational tasks of supplier quality management, including fault and cause management with suppliers negotiation of quality assurance agreements with suppliers Qualification and approval of suppliers and products Defining procurement targets to ensure supply chain quality Ensuring the compliance of cross-site departments Continuous further development of supplier management processes and systems Definition and reporting of KPIs for supply chain quality Cooperation in national (e.g. BDLI) and international specialised bodies (e.g. IAQG)

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing technology or the like Training as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and Problem Solution Facilitator (Practical Problem Solving, 8D, A3 etc.) Multiannual experience in suppliers management, purchasing, quality management and production Knowledge and professional experience with Hensoldt's internal procurement and production processes Knowledge of PPAP and audit procedures Safe handling of quality methods and visual management Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 21G, Part 145) and standard QM requirements (EN9100, EN9145) Basic knowledge of SAP Customer-oriented, service-oriented, result-oriented and solution-oriented operation Structured, analytical and proactive methods Ability to guide and motivate a team Good communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and across hierarchical levels High initiative and commitment German and English skills
