We are driving forward the agile transformation in IT: We work with numerous Scrum teams to SAFe Clear Scrum Process with Sprints, Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Review and Retrospective Agile implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and the expansion of the cloud architecture

Introduction and continuous development of agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scrumban) with focus on the needs and strengths of the teams Promoting an open, team-centric communication culture between product owners, development teams and other stakeholders Ensuring a common understanding of goals, product vision and agile principles throughout the team Support and coaching of teams on the way to self-organization, cross-functional cooperation and continuous improvement Moderation of agile ceremonies and support in the selection and application of suitable agile methods depending on the team context Identification and elimination of obstacles in close cooperation with all stakeholders

A degree in economics or (economic) computer science or comparable training Professional Experience as Scrum Master (m/w/d) or Agil Coach (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP or Scrumban Safe handling of tools like JIRA and Confluence Strong interest in digital innovations and agile trends Embossed moderation, communication and coaching skills An analytical way of thinking, technical understanding as well as a quick understanding Very good English skills in word and writing
