Supply Management & Costing: Creation of professional and competitive offers for complex data center projects in the field of technical building equipment / construction Project success: Accompanying, tracking and evaluating the offer phase to ensure project success Project Controlling & Budget Monitoring: Support of Project Leaders in ongoing control of project costs and budgets Process optimization & software application: mapping the costing processes in a corresponding software solution as well as participation in the optimization and further development of processes Presentation & Customer Communication: Presentation of offers to internal project participants and external customers Support in the procurement process: Cooperation with purchasing in supplier requests, negotiations and procurement

Technical qualification: Complete technical studies, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical training with further qualification as technician or master Professional experience in supply management: Multiannual experience in the field of costing and supply management in construction Software & System Knowledge: Secure handling of current costing tool (e.g. RIB iTWO, PDS or Salesforce) Analytical & Commercial Competence: Embossed numerical affinity and understanding of costing components (materials, labour, market factors) Language & Mobility Requirements: Minimum German Level B2 and Driving Class B
