To this end, we are now looking for an experienced and highly guided group leader who takes over the control and coordination of projects for the future-oriented orientation of our systems and processes.

Leadership and further development of a team in the field of product modeling, fonts and interface management Implementation of technical requirements in our own systems and development tools Modeling and maintenance of insurance products, rules and calculation logics Responsibility for the technical design and quality of documents (e.g. applications, policies, conditions) Control and further development of internal and external interfaces (e.g. GDV, BiPRO) Close cooperation with specialist areas, design teams and application development Analysis of requirements and development of practical and sustainable solutions Working on the further development of processes, standards and methods

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility in the context of insurance, financial services etc. First leadership experience, e.g. in the context of projects, of advantage Expressed analytical thinking and understanding of logical relationships Basic technical understanding, in particular for rules, tests and process logics (e.g. if-dann, and/or) Ideally experience in product modeling or specialist IT in insurance environment Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and high communication capability Interface competency and joy in cooperation between departments and IT Safe appearance and the ability to understand complex topics
